關娃娃的童話/同化故事

昨天妹妹從學校拿回一堆老師改好發還的作業,

其中有份英文作業做得還不錯

我覺得丟了可惜,留下來又麻煩,

靈機一動,何不乾脆PO到格子上當做小朋友的

成長紀錄?

妹妹的老師每週固定給小朋友大約十幾二十幾個英文單字,

稱之為 “spelling words” 小朋友不但要學會拼這些字,

還要懂得字的用法。用spelling words造句是每週固定的作業,

這是簡單的功課,還有一種比較難的作業就是把所有新學的單字

串成一篇文章,名之為 spelling story。以下就是妹妹這學期所寫的

第一個spelling story。妹妹可費了好一番功夫才寫出這個故事。

(所有藍色的字就是當週所要學的新單字)

Once upon a time, there was a girls named Ann.  She lived in a forest in Florida. 

She was fourteen years old.  One morning, Ann had gone to the lake to fish. 

She had caught her fourth fish when it started raining.  Ann ran back to her house. 

The farther she went, the worse the storm got.  Suddenly, lightning struck a tree

in front of her  and a bunch of squirrels and bird[s] fell out.  Ann ran faster & faster

as the heavy rain poured onto her .  She was getting very dirty .  When she finally

got home, she dried herself next to the fire.  Then she put on dry clothes and went to sleep. 

The next day, it was snowing  .  Ann put on her sweater and headed to the river. 

The water had formed into ice so Ann had to smash the ice to get to the water   .

After she had filled her bucket she ran home, made a fire, then she put a pot

above the fire to warm it.  Ann carefully put the fish in the pot, then she served her father. 

He was very thirsty so Ann gave him the warm water.  Then they both went to bed.

看完妹妹的故事才發現她的地理需要加強…

佛羅里達那麼暖和   ,

哪裡會下雪啊 !   

那兒的河水更不可能結冰滴 ~
